Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday only. Processing includes payment and order confirmation and packing for shipping via USPS or UPS. Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We ship anywhere in USA including all US territories namely: Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and Marshall Island.
Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped via USPS. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes.
In the event that some items in your order are out of stock or unavailable, we will try to contact you via email and have you replace the item before we complete and ship it. Please allow an additional 2 business days for processing. If we do not hear from you within 1 or 2 days then we will ship the order as is and refund your original form of payment for the items that were not shipped.
We are not able to verify payment and shipping information. Orders with out of stock items usually take an additional 3 business days to process and ship. Please see related questions under the heading, "Items In or Out Of Stock".
Most international orders are shipped with USPS (priority mail/parcel post or first class mail ) international packages can take up to 14 - 21 days for delivery.
Usually there are no additional custom or duty fees added on to the package when the package is delivered, however in few cases where this does occur the additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages
- We Accept All Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. (We reserve the right to ask for a valid proof of identity including a copy of a bill for certain orders when the billing and shipping address do not match.)
a.There are not enough funds to pay for the order. b.The billing address for the credit/debit card does not match the one you have in the order. c.The CVV code or credit card expiration date you put in is incorrect.
It means there was an attempt to make a purchase using the card but then we were not allowed to take the payment because of a mismatch on the billing address or the CVV code. It is a pending charge that should clear out of your account in 3 to 5 business days.
- In the event that some items in your order becomes out of stock, an email will be sent informing you about it and another item maybe asked to replace those that are no longer available. Orders with out of stock items take an additional 3 business days to process.
- We automatically refund and ship the order as is if no response was received within 2 business days of the email being sent.
