Refund Policy

FREE RETURNS : Any Item that you are unsatisfied with please email customer service at support@slaythedaybydcole.com. Depending on the situation the item may be returned for FREE UPON APPROVAL. 

All international sales are final no returns or exchanges.

Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label,

You then can print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.

You will have 30 days to send the item back for a full refund once you have received the free return label.

Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.

ALL SALES FINAL for digital goods (logos, flyers, website development and graphic art/ design)

ALL SALES FINAL for custom work (personal and commercial business use) unless approved. 

**Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
